1) General questions
What is Kyrgyz Invest?
Kyrgyz Invest is an information platform about real-sector projects in Kyrgyzstan. We help entrepreneurs prepare a project listing and help investors quickly find suitable opportunities and contact founders directly.
Are you a broker, or who arranges the deals?
No. We are not a broker/dealer and we do not handle money. The platform is an information showcase: it introduces the parties and helps structure information. The parties agree the terms and documents of a deal themselves. However, we can advise you.
Which industries are represented?
The real sector: healthcare, tourism, real estate, manufacturing, services and others. The project list is constantly expanding.
In which languages can we communicate?
Russian, Kyrgyz or English — as agreed via WhatsApp.
2) For investors
Do you guarantee returns?
No. Any figures in the listings are a target or expected estimate, not a guarantee of results. Investing carries the risk of capital loss.
How do I get in touch with a project?
Click the contact button on the project listing or message us on WhatsApp +996 706 881 904 — give the project name and we’ll connect you with the founder.
How do I check a project (due diligence)?
Verification is the investor’s responsibility. We recommend requesting incorporation documents, title to assets (land, premises), sales reports and contracts, the financial model, and so on. A basic checklist is available in the investor guide.
What is the minimum ticket?
It’s stated in the project listing and depends on the format: equity, loan or partnership.
Are there fees for the investor?
Fee terms and paid services are individual. Check via WhatsApp.
3) For entrepreneurs (founders)
How do I add my project?
Click the «Add listing» button and fill in the form fields — moderation usually takes 1–3 business days. Not sure whether your project is investor-ready? Start with a free project consultation.
What does moderation check?
Correctness of the entries, clarity of the description, basic consistency with reality (at the level of open facts and logic), the absence of prohibited content and misleading promises.
What materials are best to prepare?
A description of the product or service, the team, market and sales, location and assets, the amount and format of fundraising, use of funds, risks and controls, photos and plans, and a financial model (at the investor’s request). The step-by-step order is in the capital-raising guide.
How much does it cost?
Listing terms and additional paid services (packaging, priority mailing, etc.) are available on request via WhatsApp. Current terms may be updated.
Can I edit or delete a listing?
Yes. You can delete it in your account or write to us specifying the project — we’ll update or unpublish it.
4) Legal questions and risks
What is the platform’s legal position?
Kyrgyz Invest is an information service. The platform does not provide brokerage or dealer services and is not a party to deals between investors and projects. See more in the Terms of Use.
Are there risks for the investor?
Yes. Investing involves market, operational and legal risks, including the risk of capital loss. Assess the project yourself and consult specialists.
What are the rules on advertising and return claims?
We do not allow «guarantees» or misleading wording. Returns are stated only as «target» or «expected», where assumptions are provided.
5) Personal data and security
How do you process personal data?
In accordance with our Privacy Policy. We process contacts and enquiries to connect the parties on projects of interest and to improve the service.
How do I request deletion, access or correction of my data?
Message us on WhatsApp +996 706 881 904 — specify exactly what you want to delete, correct or obtain. We’ll handle the request within a reasonable time.
Why isn’t the form submitting?
Check whether JavaScript is enabled, whether the Privacy Policy consent checkbox is ticked correctly, and whether the spam protection (reCAPTCHA) has been passed. If the problem persists, write to us.
